Room Rates

A $1,000 application fee, per applicant, is paid at time of application, which is refundable should applicant decide not to enter the Fitch Home as a resident.

Boarding Contract requires an entrance fee of $2,000, per applicant. Boarding entrance fees are subject to a six month trial period which will be refunded should the applicant leave during that time. After the six months period, the fee is non-refundable. Monthly board is due on the first of the month and the rates are as follows:

Single room with bath (one occupant)	$3,070 per month	Available on first and second floors
Larger room with bath (one occupant)	$3,535 per month	Available on first and second floors
Larger room with bath (two occupants)	$4,930 per month	Available on first floor only
Double occupancy will be limited to married couples
Small Suite with bath (one occupant)	$3,940 per month	Available on second floor only
Large Suite with bath (one occupant)	$4,270 per month	Available on second floor only

Periodic adjustments are made to rates and fees therefore they are subject to change when reviewed annually by the Trustees.

All rooms are private

A fee of $25.00 per hour is charged for personal care, as needed.
