Respite Care

Single Room with Bath (one occupant) $865.00 per week

Larger Room with Bath (one occupant) $1025.00 per week

A fee of $25.00 per hour is charged for personal care, as needed. Rooms are spacious with private baths. Bring your own furnishings or we can provide furnishings. Activities are offered daily. The following are included in the board fee: three meals per day, daily activities program, housekeeping and laundry services are provided weekly and 24/7 staffing and assistance with medications, ALSO, off street parking. Rooms are cable, telephone and internet ready. Hairdressing service is available weekly, for a fee.

A $1,000 fee, per applicant, is paid at time of application, which is refundable should applicant decide not to enter Fitch Home as a resident. Boarding Contract requires an entrance fee of $2,000, per applicant. Boarding entrance fees are subject to a six month trial period which will be refunded should the applicant leave during that time. After the trial period ends, the fee is non-refundable. Monthly board is due on the first of the month.

Respite Care is for temporary accommodations for up to thirty days. Extended and permanent accommodations are also available.

A typical need for this type of service would be following an illness to provide the above services until the individual has recuperated. Respite care is an alternative choice when a caregiver is going away. Should a senior need temporary services this can be easily arranged.

Tours & Applications for this service can be obtained by calling the above number or emailing Mrs. Lamb. A physical with our medical staff before admission, is required to meet the Department of Public Health Rules & Regulations for Level IV care.

Periodic adjustments are made to rates and fees therefore they are subject to change when reviewed annually by the Trustees.
